Custom orders are not eligible for return. We will exchange the glass color one time for a shipping fee and 20% restocking fee. The iron work is not eligible for return or exchange on custom orders or retail orders over $1,000. Discounted or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange. If you receive a Jezebel product that you are not satisfied with you must contact the gallery within 30 days to get approval for a return or a one time exchange. Each computer monitor will vary in color representation.  There will be small variations in the lamp bases and shades.  Each glass of a certain color will vary in mixture and pattern.
