Lorraine Yapps-Cohen - Artist Biography
Lorraine comes to the art world following a 30-year business career in R&D and an academic professorship in creativity and innovation. She has two Master's degrees--MS in chemistry and MBA in marketing. Lorraine's real love is in jewelry design. Combining her technical background, work in metallurgy research, innovation skills, and internships with nationally known goldsmiths, silversmiths, and wrap designers, Lorraine has developed jewelry fabrication techniques that complement her own experimentation with metals, stones, and pearls to yield truly unique jewelry creations.
